Dogs have a strong sense of smell and are drawn to areas where they have previously eliminated due to the scent marking left behind. If your dog consistently pees in the same spot in the kitchen, it may have become a preferred location for them to relieve themselves. This behavior can also be reinforced if the area has not been thoroughly cleaned, as the lingering scent can signal to the dog that it is an appropriate place to go. It's important to thoroughly clean the area with an enzymatic cleaner to remove any lingering odors and consider retraining your dog to go outside or in a designated spot. **

A light grey or white wall color would complement a dark grey kitchen decor nicely. These lighter shades will create a contrast that enhances the dark grey elements in the kitchen while also brightening up the space. Additionally, a soft pastel color like pale blue or mint green can also work well with a dark grey kitchen, adding a touch of color without overwhelming the space. **

It is not necessary for a kitchen to have the same colors as the living room decor. While some people may prefer a cohesive color scheme throughout their home, others may enjoy having different color palettes in different rooms to create distinct atmospheres. It ultimately comes down to personal preference and the overall design aesthetic that the homeowner wants to achieve. It is important to consider how the colors in each room will complement each other and create a harmonious overall look. **
