On a deserted island, professions that would be essential for survival include a hunter or fisherman to provide food, a builder or engineer to construct shelters and tools, a medic or first aid provider for healthcare needs, and a leader or organizer to coordinate efforts and make decisions. Other useful professions could include a botanist or gardener to identify edible plants, a mechanic to maintain any equipment, and a communicator to try to signal for rescue. **

If stranded on a deserted island, it is important to bring items that can help with survival. Essential items to bring include a knife for cutting, a fire starter for warmth and cooking, a water purifier for safe drinking water, a first aid kit for emergencies, and a signaling device to attract attention for rescue. Additionally, bringing non-perishable food, a shelter such as a tarp or tent, and a multi-tool can also be beneficial for long-term survival on a deserted island. **

Yes, there were soldiers who deserted to East Germany during the Cold War. Some soldiers, disillusioned with their own country's policies or seeking a new life, crossed the border into East Germany. However, the exact number of soldiers who deserted is not known, as it was a sensitive topic during that time. Desertion to East Germany was seen as a betrayal by the soldiers' home country and often resulted in severe consequences for the deserters if they were caught. **

If I were to be stranded on a deserted island, I would bring a survival kit including items such as a knife, matches, a water purifier, and a first aid kit to ensure my basic needs are met. Additionally, I would bring a solar-powered radio to stay informed and potentially signal for help. Lastly, I would bring a journal and a pen to document my experiences and keep myself mentally occupied. **

Survival on a deserted island for a month would require resourcefulness, adaptability, and resilience. It would be essential to find sources of food and water, build shelter, and create a signal for potential rescue. Prioritizing tasks, staying positive, and using any available materials creatively would be crucial for surviving the challenges of isolation and limited resources. Additionally, maintaining a sense of hope and determination would be key to enduring the hardships of being stranded on a deserted island. **

I don't have a preference for deserted or crowded streets as both have their own appeal. Deserted streets can provide a sense of peace and tranquility, allowing for quiet reflection and relaxation. On the other hand, crowded streets can be vibrant and lively, offering opportunities for people-watching and engaging with the energy of a bustling environment. It ultimately depends on the mood and the purpose of my outing. **

One movie that features a deserted island is "Cast Away" starring Tom Hanks. In this film, Hanks' character becomes stranded on a remote island after a plane crash and must learn to survive on his own. The movie explores themes of isolation, survival, and the human spirit. It is a compelling story of one man's struggle to stay alive and find a way back to civilization. **

Yes, I can imagine living on a deserted island. It would be a challenging but potentially peaceful experience, with the opportunity to live in harmony with nature and rely on my own resourcefulness. However, it would also be isolating and require a great deal of self-sufficiency. Overall, while it could be a unique and adventurous experience, I think I would miss the connections and conveniences of modern society. **
